KCR Global

Manufacturing Process

Inside the Facility

From raw resin to a tested, packed roll.

Our production facility runs extrusion, weaving, coating and lamination lines under one roof, with in-line quality checks at every stage. Machines are calibrated to hold GSM and width tolerances tight enough for buyers who specify against international standards.
